Classes At Movement Collective

We offer a variety of fitness classes that allow you to decide what type of movement you want and guarantee you will never plateau in your workout. 

Each workout is completely different on our schedule along with each

instructor brings their own flare and expertise to their fitness classes.

Workout classes include the best aspects of Barre, Strength training, Pilates & Yoga. 

Don't forget out signature Sweat class for the added element of cardio that guarantees to get your heart rate pumping and elevated.

Barre Infuses elements of strength training, pilates, and yoga into a 60 min class. This class will have your muscles shaking when you hit the burn zone of our signature barre moves to sculpt and tone the body.


STRENGTH uses heavier weights and resistance bands to amp up the intensity of the class. This class focuses on a full range of motion with lower repetitions. A spin on Pilates inspired moves along will a stretch at the end of class will energize you mid day!


Allows parents to work out with baby in tow. A classic Barre class with postnatal modifications guided by a certified postnatal instructor with options to wear baby. Crying, feeding, and diaper changes are all welcome!

Barre With Baby

BALANCE is a slower-paced 60 min class emphasizes stretching and elongating the muscles with yoga, pilates-inspired movements, and familiar exercises from our Barre class. This slower pace class will have you shaking just as much as a Burn class but in a different way.


CONNECT is a revolutionary 60 min High-Intensity cardio class intertwined with strength training designed to create a mind-body fitness experience. Expect to leave feeling more open, curious, and connected to yourself and others.


Focusing on maintaining strength and mobility using a combination of isometric movements and full range. Barre is a safe and effective workout guided by a certified PRENATAL Fitness Specialist


Weaves intervals of cardio and strength training throughout our 60 min class. Low and high-impact options will be given. This HIIT class with keep your heart pumping and your muscles shaking. A hybrid of Pilates & Yoga is added near the end of the class. Be prepared to sweat!


Movement Collective VIRTUAL Livestream options of our classes allow you to work out in the comfort of your home. All our classes only require spacing the length of a yoga mat.
