VIRTUAL Classes
Movement Collective VIRTUAL offers live-streamed classes, bringing the energy and expertise of our studio straight to your home. All you need is enough space for a yoga mat to enjoy a wide range of our signature classes, from Barre and Pilates to strength and cardio workouts. Prenatal classes are also available upon request.
Equipment Options: While you can follow along without any props, having equipment can elevate your experience. We recommend light weights (2-3 lbs), heavier weights (4-6 lbs), a Pilates ball, a Pilates ring, long therabands, mini loop bands, gliders, yoga blocks, or yoga straps. No worries if you don’t have these at home—get creative! Sub a water bottle for weights or use a pillow instead of a Pilates ball.
What to Expect: Join us from your living room or wherever you feel most comfortable. Once you register, a livestream link will be sent to your email 30 minutes before class begins. Remember to mute your microphone upon joining and choose whether to keep your camera on or off, depending on your comfort level. All you need is your Mindbody login to get started.
