STRENGTH Class
STRENGTH is a 45-minute, lunch-hour express class designed to elevate your workout with heavier weights and resistance bands. Focused on controlled, full-range movements with lower repetitions, this class brings a fresh twist to Pilates-inspired exercises, giving you an energizing midday boost.
Equipment Options: Instructors primarily use heavier weights (ranging from 5-15 lbs) and mini bands to enhance resistance and build functional strength. Other props like Pilates balls and rings may occasionally be used for variety. Yoga mats are provided at the studio, ensuring you have everything you need for a seamless workout experience. *

What to Wear: Dress in clothing that makes you feel comfortable and confident while moving. Shoes are not required; you can go barefoot, wear socks, or try sticky socks, which are available for purchase at the studio.
